How I Work With Buyers
We will meet for a HomeBuyer Consultation in which we will discuss your housing needs, financing needs, time frames, etc
There are three main factors that limit you choice of housing:
- How much you either can or want to spend
- Where you want to live
- When you need to move
I can recommend reputable lenders, home inspectors, and settlement companies.
We will not look at homes in person until your financing is set. You can research homes via Home Search Highway during this time
As a Buyer being PRE-APPROVED for your mortgage gives you tremendous leverage when making an offer to a Seller. It also allows you to deal with any issues in your approval process before you have specific deadlines to meet that may have financial consequences.
